Jesse is a graduate of Christopher Newport University, where he was honored with the Dean's Service Award for Outstanding Community Outreach. He is married to his wife, Ashley and they have two children, Mary Anne and Daniel, and a chocolate lab, known online as #PupNamedPearson. When he’s not assisting clients or spending quality time with family, you’ll often find Jesse fishing on the Chesapeake Bay.

Deeply invested in the Hampton Roads community, Jesse has held leadership roles with the Warwick at City Center Rotary Club, Mariners’ Museum Fundraising Committee, Peninsula Fine Arts Center Board of Directors, Emerging Leaders Society at the United Way of the Virginia Peninsula, and the Christopher Newport Alumni Society Board of Directors. Additionally, he founded the Moberg Endowed Scholarship, which supports first-generation college students at Christopher Newport. Giving back to the community is at the heart of everything he does, both personally and professionally!
