Joyce Greene

There haven’t been many areas of real estate that Joyce has not worked in during her 25-year career in real estate. Joyce started as a transaction coordinator for one of the top real estate agents in Hampton Roads in 2000. Once having a solid knowledge of marketing, contracts, inspections, and negotiating, she moved on to selling real estate herself assisting over 350 families with buying or selling a home from Virginia Beach to Richmond. In 2012 Joyce had a desire to assist landlords with renting out the homes she was selling them. In this field Joyce found her passion. Property management is not as terrifying as society thinks, IF you have the right Property Manager. Joyce handles managing rentals as if they were her own properties and follows the Golden Rule, which makes everything simple.

Joyce has worked “by referral only”; for over 15 years and has built wonderful lasting relationships with many of her clients. She looks forward to working with buyers, sellers, and landlords for many years to come with the 2:10 Realty Group.

When not working, (which isn’t often), Joyce loves spending time with her 3 grandchildren, traveling with her husband Anthony, crocheting, cooking, studying the Bible, and pretty much anything outdoors.
